  • Pressure Cooker, any size

FOR MEATBALLS

  • 1 lb Ground Chicken, Turkey, or Lean Beef

  • 1 teaspoon Stale Italian Seasoning
  • ane teaspoon Chili Flakes (more than or less to taste)

  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
  • Zest of ane Lime
  • ½ cup Macaroni Pasta, or other like size/shaped pasta (omit for low carb)

Make the Meatballs
